Hen With Very Red Face And Comb, Listless, Ideas?

My one year old hen is eating and moving around, her body/feathers looks puffed up, has had a very red face and comb for 3 days. She's not egg bound, and has no apparent injuries. Could this be caused by an infection, fever or? She's a nice bird. Should I try anitbiotics or?

I'm not sure what could be wrong, could you post a picture of her? Is her crop impacted at all? Is she laying? Does she hang out with the flock?

She's much better. I started her on water based antibiotics, comb is about 90% normal now...
