Hen won't come back!

Okay, she's in the neighbors woods, just on the other side of their fence but won't cross because it's got barbed wire across the top. I went over and tossed her some bread but she won't let me get close enough to pick her up. She's kind of a turd, I'm figuring out. So my husband is going to pull the fence down just enough for her to cross and, I guess, leave a bread trail back to the coop. She's going to have to come on her own because she won't let us get near her. I'll just feel so much better when she's near the coop.
