Hen won't leave roost in the morning. Help!

No eggs under her. I don't think she lays anymore, actually.

Happy to report when I got home she was her normal self! Crowded me at the door, pecked her sister out of the way, and stole all the treats!!! Happy chicken mom!!!

Is it possible chickens can have a bad nights sleep and she was just sluggish this morning? So weird.
