Chickens or any fowl are allowed except roosters as long as the nieghbors (within 350ft) give you a written consent.

Also its good to know there are people out there like me,(and that I'm not completely crazy for thinking about raising chickens).
P.S Goats are not allowed, but the city doesn't check or care really, so as long as nobody complains...wink..wink..
