Hens aggression and injury remedy

Hello I am having some proplems with my hens! I have four 9 month old hens in a 12 square foot cage and this morning i found one with head wounds and another hen with dried blood on her chest. there both from the same hatch and have always lived peacefully together. I dont want to kill the hen with blood on her feathers, she has always been very passive and I have a hard time believing that she's the aggressor. What should i do and is there a way to help the injured hen heal/open her eyes? I had a male who had head wounds like this but his eye lids were stuck in the middle and i cant see the problem with her.

Can you open her eyes with your fingers or are they actually stuck like that? Maybe she's closing them from pain? Or perhaps she has some kind of swelling or damage to the nerves that prevents her from opening them.. It might get better, but if she can't eat on her own you'll probably have to help her.
