Hens and laying

I have 9 hens and have up till about a week ago got an average of 5-6 eggs a day and once got 7 eggs. But recently I've only been getting 2-4 eggs. My lens are 1 year to 2 years. What happened?

Any evidence of them eating the eggs, or maybe a predator taking them? If your hens free range, maybe they are laying eggs elsewhere.
