Yesterday my almost 2 year old Cream Legbar attacked my 20wk old speckled sussex which i know is normal… and by attack i mean, she grabbed her back feathers and pinned her down and was pecking at her….

But today my other almost 2 year old cream legbar (Chip) attacked my other 2year old cream legbar (yellow chicken) and did the same thing…. these 2 girls have been living together since they were chicks, and they never done this…

Is this normal?

Pinning down a chicken is not normal unless your a rooster. I'm assuming your aggressive hen is getting stressed out with your new flock dynamic for the coop.
I’m not sure, she’s never done this, they’ve been civil for a while now…

It looks like she's setting the pecking order, becareful of her method she can take an eye out in that position.
