Wrap plastic or a tarp around the tractor - secure with twine or bungee cords. (You could also put her in a cardboard box, with a couple of breathing holes, in the garage or basement).

I would blue kote the wounds and keep her with the others,if that can`y be worked out then put her and another hen in the tractor togather(one that you know for sure is not picking on her) or you could put her in a cat crate and keep her in the big coop.
