Hens attacked meat bird

We accidentally left the lower portion of the coop open containing the meat birds and one ran out behind me. About 10 minutes later i looked back and about 3 hens had the meat bird corner and all pecking it.
There are no signs of injury but the bird now had her wings out on either side and use her legs. She also now has bright yellow poop with green specks in it.
Any idea what i should do?

She needs time to calm down , wings out just means she’s hot, poop might just be from stress. Put her back with her own kind, watch to see if she walks normally

Sorry i meant to say no use of her legs.
It has been 24 hours now and she os lethargic with little appetite. Wings are still out and she wont really move from where we put her
