hens black tounge

hello,
i am wajahad amjad from pakistan. i had a golden buff hen that is 2 years old. She is healthy and do all the activities that hens do but the problem is that her mouth is filled with saliva. her tongue is comes black. under the tongue a green thing is also come what should i do what is this ? i appreciate your statements. i also sent pics of my hen

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Sorry about your bird. Looks like she has canker, Trichomoniasis, It is a parasite that invades the mouth and throat and bird and will eventually kill her. She needs Metronidazole. 250mg once a day for 5 days.

I'm sorry about your bird.

It looks like she has canker to me, too. Two Crows gave you some good advice as to how to treat canker, and I would also make sure to post in the Emergencies section of the forums.
