Use neosporin on the wound, (without the pain killer)
with our birds, once the flock starts to pick on the bird, its difficult to get them to stop.
Maybe hang some corn on the cob, or lettuce, cabbage in cage to give them something to do.
Perhaps make a new space for her to live with a chicken or chickens with same laid back temperament.
Or make her a house chickie, and get some diapers..... =)
