Hello 
I am brand new here but have use this community for many years for so much helpful information.
I have 2 Buff Orpington hens who are a little over a year old, within the past 4 months they have developed this habit of crowing when the sun rises, down to the exact minute! they will also randomly go out on the front porch and just crow into the distance like they are roosters. At first I thought maybe one is just laying an egg, they make similar noises when laying, but then it became a constant occurrence. When it is not pouring down rain and I can let them out, they do stop crowing for the most part, aside from the egg laying noises. I have attached a video so you can see what I am talking about, *Sound on*. Hopefully someone has had a similar situation
