Hens eating eggs

Hi Everyone,
Good to be back ,
I’ve been having an issue with my 3 hens lately.
I’ve noticed eggshells in the coop and the run.
I have a camera set up in the coop and noticed 1 of my chickens doesn’t go in the nesting box. She lays anywhere in the coop and the other 2 are just waiting for the egg to come out.
Once the egg is out they immediately start pecking at it. All 3 eventually eat the egg.
They 2 hens seem to know when the other is about to lay and they just stand near close to her rear end.
The one that doesn’t lay in the nesting box has a very red bottom. I’ve seen her go in the nesting box and coming out without laying an egg.
Also note she’s not the one at the bottom of the pecking order. When I give them treats and let them scavenge around the yard she is always the first one.
She’s dosent really get bothered by the other 2 except for the egg being eaten.
If Anyone has suggestions I would appreciate.
