One more thing: What about the egg she layed thats like jello? What do I do with that?
Will it harden or do I throw it away?

Just eat it before it dries out. It won't harden as the calcium was never put on it. One week without extra calcium would not lead to soft shell, soft shells are usually a prolonged issue. "Old" hen sometimes have "old hen" issues like soft eggs.

Some people add oyster shell directly to the grain to prevent this.
