hen's eyeball still horriby swollen - help please!

My mille fleur hen's eyeball is still horribly swollen after 3 1/2 days on terramycin. When I go out to check her, the eye is filled with frothy tears and the eyeball is still cloudy.

Any suggestions?

I have Tylan 50 but haven't used it yet. Does that help with something like this?

I've heard you can give it orally. Does anyone know the dose for a small bird like a mille fleur?
