Today I was putting an escaped chicken back in the run and I noticed that she was scratching at her face with her feet... Took a closer look and the corners of her eyes are bubbling up, whenever she blinks it seems to go away, but then starts back up again.
I've never seen anything like this on any of our other hens, and this is one of our EE's we've had for a few years. I'm wondering if it's some kind of infection? I was planning on picking up some saline drops (without preservatives) and see if they help.
Does anybody knows what this is? Is it normal, or should I be concerned?
