Hen's feathers are falling out--She looks sick.

My 8 month old Americana Hen has feathers randomly falling out and she looks kinda skinny. None of my other chickens look ill or are losing feathers like she is--i"ll try to post a pic--Anyone's advice would be helpful.

looks like shes molting

its a natural prosses that they do, loosing old feathers and then eventually new ones will grow in. i have a hen in molt too, all birds do it.

I have two hens in molt right now. They do look funny and even sickly when they molt. They molt at different times. One of mine molted months ago, and a couple other just a few weeks ago.

Thanks you guys--I thought she might be molting but i thought since they were all the same age they'd do it all together. Anyway it makes me feel better!!!
