Hens feathers not growing in properly

I clipped my one hen last year and the same feathers are still there she hasnt gotten new feathers yet. How long does it take for old feathers to fall out. I think the only thing left is the shafts there all frazzeled.

Usually new feathers will grow in if they were pulled completely out or after molting. Being yours still has the shafts, so I would expect new feathers soon, as we are headed into the molting season; assuming you are in the northern hemisphere.

You could look into pulling them, but I've read that it is very painful for the chicken.
