Hens getting picked on

I have a small banty hen and is the only banty in the flock. She is getting picked on and is losing feathers on her head. Is there a way to stop the other hens from picking on the small one.

Did you just put her in the coop to meet them anytime soon. And it's not always good idea to introduce a bantam chicken to standard size chickens chickens. She's the lowest in the pecking order

Nope she has been with them since they were chicks. I did have her away from the flock for 5 days due to the banty having a vent prolapse. She has just been getting picked on more since but that was over 2 months ago.

She could be getting sick again they tend to pick on the sick ones but other than that I wouldn't know I'm sorry about that
