Our Americauna and Dominickers have stopped laying eggs. They are about a year old and just started laying early this spring. We are currently feeding them bulk feed we purchase from the local co op..which the large chicken house productions use. It has been roughly 2 weeks since they have laid. In the time they have stopped laying we have added antibiotics to their water and added more protein to their diet. We are aware of possible molting and have a small amount of feathers scattered, but nothing significant. Are there any other ideas or suggestions as to why they may have stopped laying?

Do your birds have access to the outside? If they do they may have decided to hide their nests from those two legged egg thieves who keep kidnapping their children. Really, what is the likely hood that your hens has started laying elsewhere?

Another possibility is that you've got some other egg thief stalking your hens.

How long have you been feeding the bulk feed?

how fresh is it?

what are the ingredients?

what is the guaranteed analysis?

can you post the last two?

Ditto on the free range and hiding eggs.

If giving antibiotics.... you don't want to be eating their eggs anyway.

...and why are you giving antibiotics?
Did you get a positive diagnosis that they have a bacterial infection that requires antibiotics?
