Hens, Hens about to lay or Roos?

We have a total of 6 RIR. 2 have much bigger wattles. I think they are roos, however my DH thinks they may be Hens about to lay.

ETA: They are about 20 weeks. (Thought I put that, must have just thought it not typed it)

How old are they? They look like my Production Red pullet. She lays me a nice brown egg nearly every day.

Agreed. RIR hens would be darker, and no white whatsoever.​
