Our coop is finally built! Now we need hens to fill it. We are new to chickens, so please excuse not knowing a whole heck of a lot. we're looking for 5 girls, no roosters (we're in the city). Southern maine.

Meyer Hatchery and My Pet Chicken have samll order programs; I'd start with them for only 5. Our 3 came from My Pet Chicken but Meyer fulfills MPC orders anyway I think.
