hens keep eating their own eggs! help please

my hens keep eating their eggs as soon as they lay them.

just need advice on the best course of action??

Hi, I had that problem too and just started baking used eggshells at about 100 degree C for about one hour then grinding them or crushing them and adding that to their food. Seemed to work as they stopped eating their eggs.
