Hens lack coordination. 16 weeks Pullet

Found some birds from my flock staggering when they walk. Their legs seem paralyzed even though it’s not, they sit on their rear most at times. Lack coordination when they try to run but are able to move around a bit.
earlier today I had one of them just lying down and it seemed paralyzed but after about 5 minutes it stood up and started walking around.
one moment you see them struggling to move and just flapping their wings, you come back later and they act all good.

They are still on their grower portions and Yes they were vaccinated at the hatchery for MD
