Hens missing feahthers on top of head

I have two of my hens that are missing feathers on top of thier head just under where their comb is. I figured this is feather picking from the other birds but I just wanted to check and make sure it's nothing I should worry about. If it is picking what should I do to stop it? They are getting kinda bald on top lol.
 
Really? I had never seen him grab them up there. Goofy roo! lol
 
Oh yeah, that's his grip/hold. sneaky lil' guy...but true. Imagine someone pulling your hair at that point on your head.....totally submissive....oh yeah, they know what they're doing!

If it's by the comb and around the eyes, they are starting to molt. That's where mine started. Soon you'll see them losing feathers from their neck and body.
