Hens Neck in strange position

Found one of my hens this morning in a strange neck position and not moving much or eating, anyone have any idea what this could be?

The pictures just look like she has her head turned, so can't really tell.
More information on her is needed. How old is she, when did she last lay, what do droppings look like? Is her crop empty, full, hard, soft, squishy etc? Does her abdomen feel bloated, either very firm or water balloon like? The more details you can provide, the better others can try to help.

She layed a couple of days ago I think, haven’t noticed anything strange with her poo as is normal, she’s about 3 years and have also noticed since having this strange position she seems to almost have a spasm of moving her head
