Hens not all starting to lay at the same time

^^^ I'm now doing this, began today after finding no eggs at all. The 2 acres my birds have use of are being prepared as goat pasture, my eyes aren't good enough to spot hidden nests, and they also have use of the under brushed area surrounding the field to a depth of about 50', adding another acre+ effectively. That's too much to search in a practical manner, particularly for brown eggs.

Any area is too much to search, IMO, train em to lay in the nests!
