Hi, We live in Wisconsin, with our 11 ladies. They have been averaging 10 eggs a day until recently. Now only 5 a day. I have two heat lamps, heated waterer, have increased carbs for cold weather, we feed a natural egg mash for feed, and grow alfapha sprouts for their "greens". The temp in the coop never goes below 20 degrees. These hens are only 8 months old, so does anyone have an idea why the decrease in production? I know shorter days and sun can cause this, but I keep the lamps on 14+ hours a day. Keith
