Hens not laying at 31 weeks

I’m in the same boat with my 32 week old Americauna. My silkie started about a month ago. My ISA Brown and Australorp are 19 weeks and not laying either. The ISA Brown, Henny, seems to be molting.
I don’t mean to hijack this thread but I’m in the same boat as a first time chicken mom.

Following for my lack of laying as well haha. Mine are American gamefowl and Orpington mixes. I assume most of my issue is that over crowding delayed them at first and now the shorter days are keeping it off. Someone has started laying, but I havent put out a trail cam yet to see if it's a pullet or an older hen. I suspect it's a pullet as the first eggs were kinda oblong and pointy? Now they're more egg shaped.

Oh, have you looked in places other than the coop? The last time I had pullets they just laid in random places because they didnt understand nest making yet.
