Hens not laying eggs!! Help

I have a 6 month old white Plymouth rock hen that hasnt startd layng im not sure what i should to get her more comfertable to lay??

My hens like to sneak away from the others to go lay. the nesting boxes are in the coop and there is not very much light other than 2 pop doors and where the ventilation is up top of coop.

At this point pullets should be eating layer feed.

I've also had chickens act lethargic at times__ you might want to observe behavior also.
