hens not laying miss rooster?

I recently had to get rid of my rooster.(he was becoming very aggressive and i was afraid he was going to knock my mother in law down) Now my hens who only 10months old and very regular layers have stopped laying.

All my hens are free range. Is this Normal? i don't know why the would miss the Roo he was a mean thing. any ideas on what is happening?

It's completely normal- don't worry!
They'll get back to laying soon- a few weeks.
Their pecking order was disrupted, and now they have to figure out who the boss is.
