Hens not laying

I have 4 young ladies ...

When we picked up our silkie mix , she supposedly was already laying. We’ve had her about 2 weeks now and still hasn’t laid but gets along with the rest of the flock.

None of my girls will lay and they’re all around 1+ years...

Anything to help / should I be more patient?

They all are of prime egg laying age and should be cranking them out. All silkies? What's the diet? Do they free range? Do you have egg stealing crows, magpies or dogs?

And then just 2 regular barnyards...
They free range and go upstairs in the coop by themselves at night.
they are on pellet (egg layer mix) and eat bugs and graze all day.
I do have a larger dog but she is supervised when she is outside with them and doesn’t bother them.
we live inside city limits so not many crows or activity we see on our camera.

The addition of the newest bird may have thrown everything off, any little change can cause enough stress to cause them to temporarily stop laying.
