Hens not laying

I have 6 mature hens that have been laying a little bit after their molt and 5 pullets about to lay this year, but after a family trip down to Florida for a week, and the flock locked in the coop because I doesn’t to give them range of the run, they haven’t been laying. What is strange is that one has started laying again and two more are squatting for our rooster. Is this just them being temperamental or is this normal? Also can anyone tell me when they might be laying again?

Could be stress from being locked up for a week.
How big is the coop, in feet by feet?
I assume someone was feeding, watering, and gathering any eggs?

There was someone feeding and watering but there wasn’t enough eggs being layers before we left to bother anyone with it. As for size I think it is an 8’ x 5’ coop.

I assume it is stress as well because they are usually let out every day
