Hens Not Laying

My hens have really slacked off on egg laying. I have noticed quite a few with pink combs rather than bright red when they are laying. Out of 14 adults...if I get 2 eggs, it's a good day....

Now waiting for my juveniles to start....probably not till Spring

If they're older than a year they're slowing down in preparation for molt. The duller comb color is part of that.

How old are the juveniles? I have 3 of 4 pullets from late March now laying.

Also, depending on what the weather and amount of sunlight your girls are exposed to each day, part of the reasoning could be due to the girls 'slowing down' due to winter.
