Hens Not Laying

The last few years I was getting an egg a day from all 8 hens.
This year I am only getting 1-3 per day.
What can I do?
Have been doing the same as years past.Oldest hen is about 4 years old.

Chickens slow down laying after about 2-3 years. Getting 1-3/ day from 8 older hens seems OK to me.

I agree with Imp. That is why most egg farmers get rid of hens after the third year.
