Hens not Laying

I have buffs and rsl that are about 25 weeks. They don't even act like they want to nest. We also have a black fancy banty the same age who lays 5-6 eggs weekly for about the last month. They are all the same age. Should I worry?

They are coming.....be patient. That 20 wk mark is possible, but those are for the early birds only. Don't think for a second that is the average. A lot of mine were 30 wks and over before I saw an egg from them. Don't worry. You will have eggs soon and laugh about this waiting later on.
