Moving stresses chickens and stressed chickens stop laying.

You had mentioned that you may not be feeding them enough. Do you feed them at certain times of the day or you leave the food out all the time so the chickens can eat whenever they want? For layers the second choice is preferred. Also make sure they have clean water available to them at all times. Chickens like 14 to 15 hours of light to lay. You may have to give them artificial light starting early in the morning to both make them get up and to start eating at that time. If they are already molting, you want to let them go through the molt as it is an essential rejuvenation step in their yearly life cycle. They need extra protein to make feathers and they will not lay during the molt.
