I have 7 hens and haven't gotten any eggs from them in about 2 1/2 months. I got one for the first time on Friday but nothing has changed with there food. Why aren't they laying

How old are they, and what breed? Normally chickens lay much less in the winter. I have some White Leghorns and Rhode Island Reds that are almost 3 years old and have only laid a few eggs in the past 3 months or so. I got some new chicks last fall to boost egg production for my flock, I should be getting some more eggs soon!

4 barred rock and two RIR and one game hen. I would say two or 2 21/2 years old. They kinda started slowing down once I got a rooster. So I got rid of him cause he bullied them and I was afraid he was gonna jump on my 2 year old son

I see. Hopefully they will resume laying again in the spring. If you want more eggs you should probably get more chicks though, hens usually lay less after they turn 2 or 3 or so.

The natural daylight is just now starting to lengthen significantly, hopefully that one egg you got will be followed by more in the next few weeks.

I would say age is the main factor. As @georgejlee said. They stop or significantly slow down after 2 years. Especially hatchery chickens.
