hens on nest vacines for babies

I have two sneaky hens on nests they hid the nests and now are so far along I dont have the hart to just throw out the eggs. Does anyone know were I can get a mericks (sp?) vacine to give the babies? we have like 25 birds and I just want them to be as healthy as possilble. I wish this thing had a spell check. I have never had hens hatch babies so I am excited but kinda worried do I need to seperate them from the rest of the flock?

I don't think vaccines are necessary if you just have a small flock.
