Hen's or Roo's?? Help lol

We live in the city and aren't supposed to have Roo's Can anyone help with the Gender of our Silkies (1st time chicken momma here)? 8 Weeks old, whats the best way to tell if a Hen or Roo? here is a few pictures. We Have 1 white one and 2 brown ones.

No 1 looks like a roo to me based on how the tail feathers curl and go one direction. No 2 looks like a hen based on how the tail just poofs and doesn’t particularly have a direction. Can we see no 3 from a different angle? I can’t tell from that one.

They might both be Roos then.... silkies are quite difficult but I’ve had several Roos unfortunately. (Seriously, someone gave me four and all of them turned out to be roosters).

I can definitely see the difference in the tail fluff and I've tried to do .y research and I've read the Combs being V shaped vs U shape is a good way to tell 🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure that's true

I’ve never seen a silkie comb do a u or a v. I know that boy is a boy because I caught him crowing. Depending on quality of breeding, silkie combs can vary. One of my silkie Roos who’s significantly older than the others, has a large comb relative to silkies while the others are smaller.
