Hens or Roos?

I think it's probably just the light, his parents are both Blue Americauna and there are no other breeds in the coop, unless the hatchery sent me Franken-chickens

UPDATE:

Number 1 is definitely a rooster. He started crowing today! He hatched on October 17th so he is only two months old. We haven't put the new one chicks in with the rest of our flock but he must have heard our other rooster and decided to give it a whirl. It's the cutest thing ever!
