Hens or Roosters

I just got chickens, 3 laying hens and 6 young chickens, about 2 months ago and I was wondering if anyone could help be determine the gender of a couple of them? The pictures of the light brown chicken are the same chicken just different angles. The dark brown one is around 8 to 10 weeks and the light brown one is around 12 to 14.

What are the tell tale signs so I will know with the rest of them?

Big red combs, those lovely distinct green black curling tail feathers, and the smaller curly pointy tail feathers.

The big combs and wattles, and the saddle feathers that look like this. Green sheened feathers do not indicate male... but long sickle feathers do, and pointed saddle feathers.

What are the tell tale signs so I will know with the rest of them?

Well, any bird that has a red comb and wattles before laying age, is a cockerel. To confirm, at twelve weeks, males develop those pointy long saddle and sickle feathers, which both your birds have.
