Well, I'm back to thinking my RIR Millie is Billie. I have 2 RIRs and 2 Orpingtons, Buff. Reds are probably production reds. Anyway, comb and wattles grew fast. Behavior, chest bumping fluffing neck feathers. But no sickle feathers or saddle feathers. So I started leaning towards a hen. Well, a sickle feather is growing so I'm back to thinking Billie. I don't want to increase my flock so when the girls start laying I will be sure to collect every day. They are going on 16 weeks. No crowing. I will know when the bird crowd or lays an egg lol
