Hens pecking at Roos feet

i have a Roo who was attcked by the hens. i nursed him back to health. it took a week, but he was unable to walk around for a while. he had a problem with one of his feet. I kept him separate from the hens for 2 months until he could get around really well even though he still has a slight limp. now that he is back with th egirls they are pecking his toes and legs. What can be done?

You might try spraying Blue-kote on his legs and feet, he'll be purple for awhile but maybe it will break them from this if his legs and feet look different. He's a Sussex so he doesn't have feathers on his legs which sometimes gets their attention.
