Hens picking feathers, NOTHING will stop them. *Brief Update! And 1 ?

Love the peepers. They work very well!!!

They prevent the birds from seeing staight ahead. Only down and to the side. They clip in the nose holes very easily. I use them on all my hens. ( I have learned that it is monkey see monkey do with them. )
Yes, they can roost and everything with them one. It doesn't seem bother them after the first 5 min or so. They just have to get use to them.

eggcarton.com has them.

Good Luck.

Sorry again, everyone. I've been studying my brains out. Good news is: I only have one more test left.

Then I'm done.

The rain has been non-stop for over a week already. However, I have been letting the flock out an hour or two earlier these days and the pecking has been managable. I'm not sure if anyone knows the answer or has passed it in my previous post, but can ducks have game feed?

Unfortunately, the only crate we have left is now occupied by my 8 week old pullets. (Long story short, they were stinking up the basement and my dad made me kick them out.) The run is getting very muddy so my peckees have been attempting to distance themselves from each other. Which is working out a bit better.

I'm really not very crazy about the beak clipping. It causes the birds pain and I don't think it very humane in the long run.

Peepers sound promising.

They're on my list.

Thank you all for your patience and help!

I use pinless and heat them in hot water before I put then on, it take 2 people one to hold one to put on, very fast some shake there head for a few min but most don't even notice
