Hens Refuse to Roost

Put them up there well after dark using a dim light...should only take a few nights.
Might be tough getting them from under the roosts.

Well for one: Chickens are supposed to roost high up.
Two: They sleep right next to the door where they go in and out, which leaves them exposed to predators until I close the door.
Three: IT'S DISGUSTING DOWN THERE
