Hens sitting in tall weeds for about 2 weeks

I thought a coyote had gotten her along with my roo but one day she just appeared when I was feeding the chickens. She was in the coop for one night then gone again. We found her sitting in the flower bed that is overgrown with stuff . We lifted the leaves and branches and she doesn’t make any noises at us just sitting there. Is she possibly sitting on eggs?

I would think that's the most logical conclusion. But if you don't want to look and see if you wait a week there will be more clues.

Broody hen would be so exciting! I was hoping to have come baby chicks this spring/summer!!! Thanks for your responses!
