Hens sitting on eggs

Are salmon favorelle and Cochins good sitters. I heard a lot of chicken breeds don't want to set very well.

I believe Cochins are good but no experience. I also have salmon favorelles and had thought about letting one broody hatch but have since seen two posts about them squashing eggs and also chicks by accident because they are so big, and clumsy I guess. Have decided it might be safer to stick with my silkie.
