Hens Sitting on nest

I have 2 chickens sitting on separate nests. When I checked on them, with still a week before hatching, #2 chicken was sitting on the floor of the house and #1 chicken was on #2's nest. Need advice on what to do?!

Separate them. Each hen should have her own separate area with food/water and her own nest. Keeping them together you run the risk of them fighting over the chicks as they hatch and killing them.
