hens stopped laying

i've had my Hens for about 2 weeks they've been laying faithfully until yesterday. all 4 of my hens suddenly haven't laid all day? thoughts?

Hens don't lay every day they take a day off once and a while. I'll assume they are a good laying breed and young. To get eggs for two weeks straight after a move before their first break is great. Most of the time when they are moved they take a break right after it, sometimes for a few weeks. Its just a little odd they took a break on the same day. Did they lay today?

yeah they laid today. when they first came it took a couple day s for them to all lay. one isn't at all and hasn't been. but I have noticed that when i take the chicken scraps bowl out first thing in the morning (they get their regular feed too first thing in the am) that they lay by early afternoon... if i take it out later they don't lay till the evening. i didn't have any scraps the day they didn't lay so spoiled chickens? possibly

Is it hot where you are? Hens can stop laying if it gets hot suddenly, and I know that there is a heat wave in many areas. Including where I am. It's hot!!
